The piezoelectric micro pump is a small-sized, lightweight and slim diaphragm micro pump driven by piezoelectric element.
It is a chemically inert pump for which the wetted materials are COC (Cyclic olefin copolymer) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer).
There are three types of standard flow rate; 3 ml/min, 7 ml/min and 20 ml/min.
We also have a controller, a driver board and a TYGON® tubing for handling fluids ready for your evaluation, please make use of them as your testing tools.

The pump has the following features and is most suited to installation in small applications:

Small-sized, lightweight and slim. The weight of the SDMP302/306 is approximately 4 g.
Supply of microscopic fluid quantities possible.
No metal used for parts in contact with fluid.
Low noise and low power consumption.
Flow rate control by drive voltage or drive frequency possible.
Self priming possible.
