| The piezoelectric micro pump is a small-sized, lightweight and slim diaphragm micro pump driven by piezoelectric element. It is a chemically inert pump for which the wetted materials are COC (Cyclic olefin copolymer) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer). There are three types of standard flow rate; 3 ml/min, 7 ml/min and 20 ml/min. |

Controller, Driver Board and Tubing for evaluation
A controller and a driver board for the piezoelectric micro pump are available. They help facilitate the power supply necessary to operate the piezoelectric micro pump.
**Note**: The controller and driver board are only intended for evaluation of the piezoelectric micro pump. Please do not use them for commercial use.
MPC-200 Controller
The MPC-200 is a compact and lightweight controller that can provide the high voltage power output necessary to drive the piezoelectric micro pumps.
It is user-friendly with a front panel digital display for configuring the output voltage and output frequency, and a memory function to store the most recently used settings.
MPD-200 Driver board
The MPD-200 is a thin, compact and lightweight driver board. It is a high voltage circuit board, specifically designed for the piezoelectric micro pumps. From a regular 5 VDC input, it readily generates approximately the 250 Vp-p, 40 Hz necessary for driving the pump. The output voltage and output frequency for operating the piezoelectric micro pump can be arbitrarily set by applying an external control signal.
